Extensive Controls Design experience with Allen Bradley PLC hardware, software & drives as well as many other controls suppliers. Experts in resistance welding, spot, projection, seam using robots or hardtooling. Medar, Robotron, Weldtronic, hardware / software on-line data acquisition systems. Weld verification support capable to big three standards. Extensive experience in MIG, TIG, Plasma, and Laser cutting & welding equipment. In depth knowledge of programming and interfacing to Motoman, Fanuc / GMF / KUKA, ABB, Nachi, robots. Experience with Graco / Nordson / Johnstone adhesive, systems single and two part, hardtooled and robot interfaced as well as induction cure with Robotron / Miller and/or Toggle lock, Hypack, after hem welding. Extensive HydroForming experience with Laser Trim/Hole & Fully Automated Mig / Flux-Core Assy. Hemmer experience with Tesco / Massiv / ABB . On-line SPC gauging experience with Perceptron / Sami. Our Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems design/startup experience is extensive with Mac / Numatics / SMC / Festo air, Rexroth / Parker / Vickers hydraulic, valving as well as compressor / dryer / header system design and extensive weld cooling water design/startup experience. Plant layout and simulation with Delmia and FactoryCad. UG / ACAD / EPLAN design seats available as well as Mobile platforms for field Assignments. SCADA Infrastructure Design and Systems Programming, as well as full Network Validation capabilities to big three plant IT standards. We can supply complete "cradle to grave" project management , Layout Simulation and Processing , estimates/budgets, mechanical design, controls design , Field Support, or any portion of the team you require, within our field of expertise.
